I am an expert Electronic Packaging Project Manager. 

I have been designing Printed Circuit Boards since 1982 and managing Electro-Mechanical Design departments since 1992.  I speciaize in the design and packaging of extremely dense Printed Circuit Board’s as well as schematic modification and the creation of components and detailed mechanical parts and assembly drawings. 

No job is too small or too large.  A typical PADS PowerPCB design would be approximately 13 x 20 inches.  Each PCB will have multiple large BGA’s (up to 1517 pins on 24 layers) and 2000 or more components.  Routing these large BGA’s requires 16 or more layers with 6 or 8 of these layers dedicated to completing differential pairs and equal length buses.  

After receiving your finalized schematic, component specifications and board outline, I can start your PCB design.  I will create your Bill of Material, place and route the board and create the mechanical parts, the assembly and fabrication drawings in PowerPCB, SolidWorks or AutoCAD.  I will also create all photoplot and drill files and an IPC-356A netlist to fabricate the board.  I will then send these files back to your company for final review.  I can also manage the fabrication and assembly of the boards utilizing companies I have worked with for many years.
